What do you mean by aggressive? Aggressively all ins you? Pokes you? Zones you?

Mostly in looking for kill's, and any other action they might take with it, before the 13 min mark, or first back

Unfortunately, for some champions, that's pretty much the only laning tool they have in their kit. Enter Fizz, who would be better off AFK if he didn't have kill threat and play aggressive. Glad they are finally going to add more tools for him to lane with.

I disagree immensely on this for a snowball champ like fizz, his late game is good enough for if able to farm through the early he is usually in a good spot, but for a champ more for the early game like ren it does not bother me as much,

I disagree even MORE with your statement. Able to farm through the early is something that just doesn't happen period unless Fizz is an aggressor or you have a jungler who regularly visits your lane, otherwise enemy pushes lane to tower and zones you with their abilities. You can't play a passive farm game as fizz against competent players if your jungler doesn't show up.

There is a reason that casters in LCS always praise the Fizz for only being 20 CS behind when the enemy reaches 100 and it's because it is virtually impossible to be even in CS as a fizz if your opponent is equally skilled. And in LCS, the enemy doesn't usually hug your tower because they know what happens (jungler will gank, support will gank etc), so the fizz can at least farm under tower. Not so in solo with half the people who jungle.

I've tried to play passive lane and it 100% doesn't work. If you don't threaten they will zone you from CS and not allow you to get any. Half the junglers won't bother deviating from their path to help you until the wave is pushed back from tower crash.

Really now, cause when I face assassins I am usually the one forced to play safe for I know that they can kill me, they are the one that zones me cause all assassins scale amazing into the late game doing an amazing amount of dmg, how do you wish for one to zone when a fizz can 100-0 a Ziggs easily, heck it's even worse with mobility of assassins since they can easily tower dive or roam the map for fear of them snowballing,
