Can we lower the leaver buster from 20 minutes if we have not been issued one in a long time i mean damn i went to help my grandma from a bot game and wham 20 minutes for 5 games damn dudes.. its a dang bot game

Punishment is meant to have an affect that changes important decision making thought in the individual. It is important.
it seems you help your grandma a lot because you need to leave 5-6 games (in a row?) for a 5min penalty which is the lowest. 20min is the highest so yea lol. not sure how many times you help your granny.
