It's just toxic. It's said to make people tilt beyond the levels of maximum tilt, and it does work.
Close game? GGEZ They killed you in a 1v5? EZ Won a teamfight? EZ Got a kill? EZ
It's generally just toxic and used to tilt
Those are my thoughts on "GGEZ" and "EZ"

I don't want to be THAT guy, but... Take a hint from Overwatch. When you lose a game in Overwatch and enemies spam GGEZ in chat it only makes me laugh.
I'm 30-1-10 GGez.
Man I guess someone hasn't realized that the GGEZ censer in Overwatch only made it a million times for tilting to read stuff like "Aww shucks... you guys are the best." It's actually tilting and I would rather see GGEZ because it can't be used as low key insults.
