Should not be punished for dodging champ select
For example, first pick autolocks Yasuo. He is 0-6 with Yasuo and averages going 6/14/2 over those 6 games (true story). I should be able to dodge to avoid this trolling.

who cares if he is 0-6 with yas. u gotta start some where. And his K/D does not look like he is trolling at all. Prob new to yas, and maybe a newer player as well. Get over your self
Is he trolling, or just bad? Those are two very different things. Granted playing in Rank (if that is what you were playing with him) you should have a good feeling for the champions you play. If anything he should be learning the champion better in modes like Normals, but maybe he feels that he can improve only in Rank.
But to be fair being able to Dodge (especially if there isnt a limit) would just make Queue/champ select way too long. Oh this guy lost his recent match, dodge. This person is picking this champion, dodge, This person called a role i wanted, dodge.
People are allowed to play who they wish, where they wish.. Dodging for looking up someone's stats and judging them off that is not right and you should have to pay the 3 LP pocket change to avoid it IF YOU WANT.
but then theres the problem of ppl dodging just bc they dont like there team. Trolls are a sad but real part of this game that there isnt much we can do about
I have bad KDAs on my main champions.
Not that I'm bad with my favorite champions, I just get creamed a lot of times by the enemy team.. They're just better.. Nothing much you can do but keep trying
