So you Buff Riven because of her championship skin..gotcha.

Many people have questioned the Riven buffs. She seems do be doing decently well. A higher skill cap champion with a win rate a little below 50%. Seems normal. But with the release of her championship skin next patch it's clear that riot wants to make as much money as possible. Sounds a bit fishy to me. Even riot patch testers said they were a little worried about the Riven buffs...guess it's just business as normal for Riot.
