How to get absolute most level two damage on Malzahar

So Ive been trying to think how to get the most out of kit. His E does alot of damage and Voidlings target whatever has Malefic visions on them. So my idea is to run all flat AP runes with magic pen marks and 18/12/0 with Death Fire and with all the Ap and magic pen masteries. I want to run Flash/Ignite or Exhaust/Ignite depending on how mobile my opponent is. So I will buy either or not sure wich would be better. I will start my Q and charge it 3 time so my next spell with summon a Voidling. I will then go to lane and try to farm safe until level two. At level two (and hopefully opponent at level one) I will then Q,flash,ignite,E, and auto my ass off and hopefully kill them. The reason im posting this is I was hoping for some feedback on this idea as well as maybe more ideas on how to get a easy Level 2 kill on opponent.
