Tips on Vlad vs. Kindred top and mid?

Does anybody have tips on how I should face Kindreds as Vlad? Every time I face this shit I get forced under turret, I start with doran's shield and I usually get pushed out of lane or die by level 7 or 8, they just have so much sustain at the cost of no mana, like why does she even have a mana bar?
