you dont have to reform just dont talk in chat. thats what i do ever since my main got banned.Unless i got a vayne on my team i'll instantly INT feed if i see vayne on my team. oh btw dont bother climbing after 2 years of grinding for diamond 1 ( only got diamond 2 cause im trash and dont play meta) i realised it doesnt mean shit in the end of the day.
