Observation about Curse Voice

I've actually yet to have a good experience using Curse Voice. My very first introduction was someone posting the link and I asked what it was. Got flamed the entire game just because I asked what the link was for. After that I looked into CV, decided I didn't want to use because I was against the timer features and I wasn't interested in talking with random strangers. After that I've been insulted and flamed and reported numerous times for either not joining, asking them to quit spamming the link in the in-game every 2 minutes, or telling them that I don't use CV when they asked me why I wasn't joining.

Just for the sake of experimentation, I reinstalled CV after they removed the timers from the policy. Out of eight games I got three with racists, one with a game that blared music through the chat and never spoke, two with people that gave up first blood then raged at the team constantly until I finally got sick of it and left, one where the other two people never really communicated anything they were just talking about some show, and then finally a single game out of eight were we actually communicated about the game. Unfortunately that game was just me and single other person so it wasn't even that rewarding since he was top lane and I was support.
