Can we get the old Sion back?

To me Sion was my favorite champion in the game to play sense I started LoL and was infact my main so I want to know is it possible to get the old Sion back in the form of a separate champion?People always complained about Sion being broken and needing a rework but that was only from people who had really no clue in the world how to use him but on the other hand everyone who actually liked him never really asked for more than a splash art update, but now there are actually quite a lot of people I've been seeing that do infact want the old version back including me so pls rito give us our loveable wrecking machine back! The new Sion is in my opinion like a harder to use version of nautilus while the old Sion was a wrecking machine that I regularly got penta's with and carried alot, but before anyone asks/says the obvious NO I wasn't using AP sion I was using AD :D. My only complaint I ever actually had with Sion was his passive wasn't noticeable at all so I would change it out with something that gave him movement speed are something more useful, but rito if you read this please atleast consider bringing him back as a separate champion from the current Sion that way those who complained about the old one would still be happy and the ones who loved the old one like me would finally be reunited with their loveable ugly as sin champion again. - Hong Chong with Rove

I like the new sion's kit. I just don't like him as a champ.

I loved the way the old sion was kind of borderline retarded. It was great to listen to him talk in his derpy voice. The new sion be like "imma rek u m8" and it's kind of boring, honestly.

me2 man my favorite champion i stard lol in season 1 and sion was my favorite and first champion i played we just hope riot to brig old sion back but i don't think they will brig him back

I loved old Sion as well and the different ways you could build him.

Unfortunately, people on Boards don't like variety and want all of their champions to be homogenized walking blocks of tofu.

Why do you think they hate CertainlyT for bringing champs with new mechanics to the table?

Would I like Sion back as a new champ? Yes.

Will summoners on Board kick and scream that they don't want a new champ with Sion's old kit that they don't even have to play because they hate options? Yes.

the only thing cool about the new sion is his new voice over and looks....... the old sion has way better skills and stuns...

whenever a champion is getting too OP, Riot is gonna kill him off by reworking him

so far, none of the champion rework actually works better than before ...except for xin(but still the old xin is better).

I love playing new Sion. He's a lot of fun. Only reason I don't is... you know... the age of the Juggernauts...

New Sion has way more counterplay in his kit. Old Sion had to stun and run next to his opponent, and what is a mage with an ax?

Sion wasn't broken because he was bad, he was broken because his kit only had two modes, OP and useless. He was impossible to balance, so they left him in a weakened state until they could figure out how to fix him. This is a common theme with many champions who have difficult to balance kits.
