Does anyone else not like Jhin?

I mean, kit-wise he's really interesting, but the design and character concept is just all over the board. He's such a hodgepodge of random ideas.

He's a sharpshooter, and he's got robot limbs (which apparently aren't robot limbs according to riot), and he's got a super shoulder cannon thing (which apparently isn't a cannon but a place to hold giant magic bullets instead..?), and he likes killing people, and trees and plants are there for some reason, oh and he's from Ionia apparently (even though there are absolutely no visual clues that make him seem from that region), and his voice over is all about making you beautiful like he's some kinda plastic surgeon (I actually would have liked them push this angle harder)

What bugs me the most is that he's got this big ass ugly hump on his shoulder that makes the model look so awkward. If the weird shoulder thing was just exposed, I'm sure he would look much better. But that weird poncho thing just isn't working.

I'm super surprised this was the final design.
