URGOT Gameplay Survey

Hey all! Round two of my Urgot project, updated with new questions after player input from the first round. Trying to focus the questions a bit and get some actionable data. I'd absolutely love it if you could all take a moment and fill out the survey: this one is really short, with only 10-11 questions.

For those of you wanting some context for this -- I'm doing a large-scale champion design project, and have chosen Urgot as my target. Ideally I'd like to make this something robust enough and well-researched enough that I can use it for my upcoming reapplication to Riot (third interview is the charm, right?), so every single response helps.
