Applications like, but are not MKLoL?

TL;DR: Is there another trust-able application that only has the skin feature from MKLoL?

So I'm sure many of you know what MKLoL is, but if not, it's most prominent feature is allowing you to use any skin in the game, but only you can see it. This is done but taking the particles from the game, and overlaying them on your champion. But Riot has deemed it cheating (for other features, including jungle timers), therefore I stopped using it a few months ago.

That said, I do find myself missing the skin feature, and only the skin feature. So I decided to come and ask this fine community, if they know of any apps that aren't considering cheating and do the same skin overlay. Preferably from a good and trusted source.

Now, before we go and decide to comment things such as, "just buy them" "Don't be cheap" "It's stealing from rito".

I'd like to mention that I own MANY skins, I've spent close to, or more than 1.5k dollars on this game over the 4 years of me playing it. So I own lots of skins, for champions I play. But I loved MKLoL for the fact that I could use a skin for someone I know I'm never going to, or hardly going to play again. Or in the case of when I like a skin and want to try it before I purchased it. (That's what I did a lot with MKLoL) My most recent urge to use a feature like this is really wanting to use the lunar wraith caitlyn skin, but I don't want to buy it because I know I won't use it other than once or twice.
