@Riot, a Special Birthday Request

Today is my birthday, and as a request, I was wondering if you could give me the info relating to my very first game? I have been curious as to how it went. Things I remember (to hopefully pinpoint the game):

It was the week of January 15th, 2013

I played Nasus (skipped the tutorial, he was the first champ I played and bought, and this is also how I pinpointed the week I started playing).

It was a co-op game on the Twisted Treeline.
