city based tournements?

I tried posting this in team recruitment but no reply...

About a month ago, riot had a link in the client to a cool business that was sponsoring/running city-based tournaments. (in major cities like LA, SF, chicago, etc, I think).

Trouble is they only showed the link for one day or somethjing, and I've lost it.

Does anyone remember what the site was?
