nocturne ultied me. Shen ultied nocturne gangplank start ultying on me. karthus ulti. and caitlynn ulti me.
what should i do ????? answer fast please, i am on game, and i have only 78% hp left.

To the op i advice you to : kill nocturne, shen will run away, gangplank will use his heal on you to apologize, karthus will be stunned by someone and lose his ulti as usual, and caitlynn shot will bounce on you and kill caitlyn back.
I would use this down time to take a potty break...your team should have cleaned up by the time you get back then you should start baron.
