Curiosity: Do You Report Enemies When You Win?

I'm noticing (well I've noticed before) that most people are unwilling to report trolls and intentional feeders if they are on the enemy team.

I remember at least one case where I had a feeder on my team and the enemy mocked us, saying ggez, how they were "Trying" and not feeding, etc. A couple of days later I had that same guy on my team and we had a troll (karma and all I guess) and they were yelling in the lobby for the enemy to report them and so on. After threatening to report all my team for asking to report the int feeder a few days earlier.

It seems people are less willing to report a troll if that troll causes them to win (usually people honor them, which shows how jacked this community tends to be).

I'm just curious if you are the type that will report someone who is clearly feeding trolling (not having a bad game, actually trolling and feeding) on the enemy team.

If the person is a jackass ofc, if its a player that is just a little edgy because he is trying to win then no.

If what they are doing is visible to me (intentionally feeding, being toxic in all chat) then yes. Otherwise, it's tough to report someone just based on what the rest of their team says... Especially since you don't know the full story.

What's the point not to report. Take the win and rep them so that they don't show up on your team next time xD. Obviously only if they are actually doing something reportable though.
