PBE question
Do i have to be chosen as a tester to be able to play on the PBE or can i just make an account on it if i want to?

You sign up and the next time they pull new players into the PBE you'll likely get in. Sometimes the email letting you know doesn't work, so just check the page where you signed up from time to time.
From what i heard people just spam the acceptance page and they would get in eventually. I can see why they are doing it this way. Too much people who the PBE to get free things instead of using it how it was intended to test things!
