is new ashe hoodie toggle-able?

so I saw the project ashe on S@20 and was wondering if her new hoodie is going to be toggle-able like nighthunter rengar/neon strike vi?

you could make it toggle-able like with the taunt or whatever like other skins! if it isn't like this, can it please be a change before it hits live?

also sorry if this is the wrong spot for a request/question like this.

No. It's an auto toggle. It goes up when in enemy territory and goes down when in ally territory.
