Too much to explain, but most people know exactly why these champions are bullshit.
2 - 3 way tie between
Regardless of what their win rates are, they're always broken and are absolute bullshit to play against. Never will you be outplayed by one, just outbullshit. They do things which directly go against what Riot have defined as healthy gameplay, they do things which common sense dictates is bullshit that doesn't belong in any type of game.
1 - 
The most disgusting champion at least since S2. Has been absurdly overpowered since S2 and is constantly referred to as being weak despite holding some of the highest win rates for over 4 years straight. Now that he's "Unviable" he's still among the top win rates.
As he is now, he has high scaling damage, high base damage, is impossible to get to and if he's killed by a gank his ult turret remains up long after he's dead killing the two enemies. As of this season even his normal turrets keep going when he's off screen or dead. With Zhonya's costing more gold than you make an entire game, this is the weakest he's ever been, and he's still impossible to deal with short of the enemies having a brain fart.
His design is as if it wasn't meant for this game, and when properly played without errors is one of the few champions that has no true counterplay. Anything to deal with him someone may explain is not a real counter or even viable in most scenarios, as most rely on him making a mistake or your team simply being ahead in every other lane. "Wait for him to fuck up" or "Win the game in every other lane and outpower him" are not viable strategies. Most "counterplay" strats to him are along those lines.
Basically more overloaded than the storage space for my porn college medical notes and has an ult that's basically "Well I fucked up, better click a button and fix it"
Short CD on E, his ult is basically DFG but better with more burst and CC's them (Riot wants to remove DFG. Gives it to Fizz.....)
Literally her laning phase Q-W then pop back before they get a chance to react.
Then mid game Q-R-W-E and bye bye your ADC/Mid laner.
She has way too much mobility and damage as well.
Hate these champs with a burning passion. They are the reason why I main Garen. To fuck up their day.

These guys are so OP it's not even funny.
because he does way too much damage with no items and his kit is just way too overloaded.. I was playing Ahri and I had a Needlessly Large Rod and a kill over him, he only had two Doran's Rings. He comes in on me and just shreds through my HP, and since my ult was down because I just roamed, I couldn't ult out of his range. Another game I played against an Ekko, all he has is a Luden's Echo and he deals 543 damage with one E.
because there's nothing you can do in lane against him if you're a mana heavy champion, and as soon as he hits 6 you're screwed no matter what you do. His Q projectile speed is just obnoxiously fast to the point where it's impossible to dodge unless you're paying close attention to his play style. Even then, you have to get hit by about 5-10 Qs before you can actually try to start predicting when and where he'll throw them. Try hugging tower? He'll just harass you with W and Q over and over again until you're low enough to ult in. Trying to throw a skillshot because you know it'll land or use your ult on him because he's low? Too bad! He'll just ult out of it and kill you since your ability is down. Before you have your zhonya's, he's just ridiculous to deal with and way too obnoxious. However, once you get zhonya's he becomes completely useless against you. Then your adc just has to get QSS. Those two items, which are very strong in the current meta, just render him completely useless. During lane, though, he's just the most stupid champion in the game.
because there's no outrunning or killing him. As usual, playing Ahri, I'm the most fed person on the team so he's focusing me. I use all three dashes, and he doesn't care. He's just running through my entire team, ghost and ult on, chasing after me, throwing his Qs, with an Orianna ball on him, and he kills me. His kit is just ridiculously stupid. His Q does massive damage and is a permaslow, his E does a HUGE amount of damage no matter how much HP you have because it's %max health, his ult is a huge, "FUCK YOU!" to your entire team, and he does massive damage while being severely tanky. All of this combined into one makes what I think is the most annoying champion in the game.

because there's nothing Riot can do about him. If they nerf his base stats and scalings, he'll be completely useless (which most of you will say, "Who cares? Good riddance!" but from a developer's perspective, you really can't do that. It's not fair to the players who enjoy him, and it's not fair to the game's health; the state of the game). If they nerf his items, he also becomes completely useless. However, if you keep his base stats and scalings the way they are, he'll be completely overpowered. If you keep his items the way they are, he'll be completely overpowered. No matter what you do, he'll either be completely useless or completely overpowered. He's just an unhealthy champion to the game's state, just like Vladimir (which Riot actually formally apologized for releasing Vladimir not long after his release. Riot still regrets releasing Vladimir to this day).
Just like Jax, he's completely ruined the game's health. Riot has wanted to increase the strength of Will of the Ancients and introduce more spell vamp items for so long, but they can't because it'll make Vladimir into an unstoppable killing machine. For this reason, Riot regrets releasing Vladimir even to this day. Aforementioned, they even apologized for releasing him. He was the first champion of his kind, and, upon release, he was just absolutely broken. Riot had no idea what to do with him at the time, so he stayed broken for quite a while. Even to this day, he makes an appearance in certain metas and just curbstomps in those metas. Riot has to be really careful with what they do nowadays with health items, Will of the Ancients, and the spell vamp stat just because of Vladimir.
These two champions are completely ruining the game's health and making item balance quite difficult for Riot.
WHY DOES A BRUISER NEED STEALTH. Seriously, though, so frustrating. And that ult is just "Hey, did you wanna win this teamfight? Well, fuck you."

Couldn't decide on 3, if I saw this as a 5 man team I'd just uninstall.
All have no mana/real costs. All have way to much mobility. All do insane damage, even when behind most times. All are way too simple to pick up, but "have high skill caps" that are never seen in silver ELO. It's hard to see the cap when Yasuo is ulting everyone back down to the bottom of the bottle.
When Riot says this guy isn't sticky, I wonder if they even look at their own game.
It's not even the insane burst that makes me truly hate this guy, it's the fact that every time he casts a spell it sounds like he's vomiting, add that on top of the fact that the spells themselves have obnoxiously loud sound effects and you have a truly unbearable champ. Playing against this guy is the closest I've ever come to muting the audio in this game.

I used to not be able to stand playing against this guy, but now that I understand his weaknesses better, I don't hate him nearly as much as I used to, still pretty annoying
Not the champion, but the player base, We've all met our fair share of Riven players that were...... less than cooperative with the team
I understand that he can be frustrating to play against, but I enjoy playing as him too much to actually hate him in any capacity, just putting him for the people who aren't biased towards this guy.
- A good fizz will make you cry because he can Q in, W you, and E out taking little to no damage. Pretty much makes you powerless to his strong damage and ratios.
- Forget ever doing anything out of lane. Forget killing ANYONE. It. will. not. happen. Most offending healer and insanely annoying silence zone.
- "What do you mean, having an energy using high mobility assassin-bruiser hybrid that scales well is a bad idea?" - Riot.
Honorable mentions from long ago:
- I still have remaining anger about her from beginning of last season or so where every other top lane was Riven. Bullshit low cooldowns, high mobility, broken ass shield, TWO disrupting CCs (if you count 3rd Q), and no resource? I pretty much played nonstop Garen before his rework JUST to shit on her whenever she was played.
- I actually feel bad for him, as he got absolutely N E U T E R E D. I can't think of a single other champ that got hit as hard as Kass. But when he was played, he was fucking ridiculous.
- Bullshit champ I hate for reasons similar to Riven. Except, she isn't as tanky as Riven.

and do 1000 damage in a second?
God save you if it takes longer than a second to kill her
Basically an ADC you can't reliably build resists against, but with a ridiculous slow and "sustained damage"
can make 1000 mistakes and still be ok, but has so much dmg that if you make 1, you die. is on catchable, and people who play them think that they are faker.
, if she gets a lead, she is unfightable, because there is no way to counter her point and click stun, and has enough dmg to just one shot you. Feels like no counterplay a lot and super frusteraiting.
, only right now, will be better if nerfed. Tankest champ in the game shoudent be able to kill you in 2 sec, or be so sticky. I feel like I have to build hp to stop getting bullyed out of lane by him and his 300 dmg nuke of an e.
