@Riot, Petition for 3 New Refunds in Season 6/Each Season

Lets face it, most of us blew our refunds back when we were level 9 or something, and back then we didn't know better. item 3070

We should be able to get new ones every season.

Any context from a Rioter would be awesome so we can have a reason why we never get the opportunity for more refunds. Its not as if we get the money back. Once Riot Points are purchased, its stuck in the system on our accounts or used for buying a sexy skin.

I would like more refund tokens, but realistically it's not beneficial for Riot to hand them out consistently. This is just because it gives you access to more content which means you aren't purchasing more RP for the content you otherwise would have had with a refund token. = less money for Riot and that's a no-no.
