I can't be the only person that is annoyed by the fact that Guinsoo's Rageblade is built out of Recurve Bow, which gives 25% attack speed, but base stats gives 0% attack speed when completed. In fact, you don't even exceed 25% until you have 4 of 6 stacks (8/16/24/32/40/48%).
RcGjWO640w1 votesI'm going to guess that the fact that rageblade basically has devourer passive now, it definitely makes up for that loss in attack speed. It's still far, far, far more powerful of an item than even 2-3 recurve bows, honestly.
Elite4Runner1 votesOf course it is stronger, but I can't think of any other full items that have any lower base stats than any of their components. If you know if any, let me know
