I just wish Sivir would get a decent-looking skin that's actually obtainable normally.

Snowstorm is decent, and has a great splash, but is seasonal. PAX and Victorious can never be obtained again.

All her other skins, including her default, range from bland to bad.

The only reason this keeps bugging me is because, since most of my friends are plats and/or diamonds, I see tons of Victorious Sivirs when I spectate their games.

(I also wish they'd un-legacy a Ryze skin or two. He has ten skins now, and a whopping SEVEN of them are limited or legacy. Ryze has more unavailable skins than most champions have skins period.)
