I,want to hear YOUR support rant.

At least I think it's a rant. I see a lot of people here complain on how support is super boring all that But the thing that keeps me asking why people don't like support is cause a lot of times they just rant 'OMG ITS BORING NO ITEMS BLE BLE BLE' and I either A:see nothing about what support they used as I don't expect them to pay for Bard or something... or B:it's like 6 paragraphs. good luck with that But with Thresh and Ivern free right now I would like you to queue as support once or twice and try those two if you haven't..(yes I know iverns a jungler but ivern support is basically a mix of Thresh Janna and Annie )
butback to the subject. the main question is what are your thoughs on support and what champion did you use cause there are supports like Soraka Janna who just spam a button all game then there is supports like Bard Braum Thresh that require some skills and NOT ulting as bard onto the riven using broken wings,or accidentally doing QEQW as thresh ect... then the "supports" Zyra Malzahar Lux Yeah I don't know.

Boring = They don't get to kill people.

That's it. That is why people don't play support. It really is that simple. Since supp isn't supposed to get kills, it will always be unpopular.

BTW, if you think playing an enchanter is just spamming 1-2 buttons, you are doing it wrong.

I think my main complaint about being support is when my AD is dreadful.

I felt like playing a support game voluntarily the other day, so I picked Bard, and in the beginning of the game our jungler is running in to gank. Their AD has 3/4 HP, their Support has 1/2 HP. My AD cancels no less than 6 auto attacks resulting in us losing the 3v2, as we have an Udyr jungle, who does virtually no damage at this point, and I as bard have one damaging ability with a long cooldown, so our primary source of damage is simply not putting it out at all. Of course all 3 kills went to their AD, who happened to be a Vayne. Game over before the 10 minute mark.
