Where are the new project skins

It's not that people are impatient its that Riot has hyped these skins up so hard and people have been waiting for a long time. Today is the day they are to be released and a lot of people stayed up all hours of the morning to be some of the first to have the skins only for the skins to not be released during the normal time releases like this are done. So here it is now 4:10 PM(I am East Coast) I have done everything I needed to do today and still no Project skins. Yes I get that it is still the 8th but some people have school or work and want to have time to play with the new skins before going to bed. Not everyone can wait all day and play all night. That is why so many people are impatient.

Well the first week they are full price (because they come with limited borders). If you're just looking to save money, the usual price reduction is from the 17th to the 24th.
