People take Ascension so seriously

I think I've seen "garbage team" said more times in this one day of Ascension than in the last 3 months playing ranked and normals. Isn't RGM supposed to be a "for fun" type of thing?

My main keeps getting banned and people don't let me have fun as him... It's upsetting.

Nah, it's Teemo . Ironically they call him a "pussy champion" in that gamemode, but they don't ban Shaco that does even worse than him with the same job.

Yeah it seems like the same champs that were strong (and spammed) on Dominion are just as good on Asension. AP Shaco was one of the cheesiest noobstompers on Dominion. Teemo was always a strong pick as well.

Yeah, but they're better than most because of their scouting utility which is quickly rush at a point to cap it. Points mean more than teamfights.

Also because back when Ascension first appeared, a youtuber called "Disco Heat" made a video of him dominating those matches as Shaco, alongside showing off flamers in the comnunity.

That's because it's basically Summoner's Rift players trying out a different game mode. Unfortunately, the map doesn't stay around long enough for a real community to form. Dominion rarely had flamers once you got past the lower levels of play.

True that, I think the worse case scenario I had in dominion was when someone started saying "KS" in a game against bots.

Fun till you go against 4 tanks, or 3 assassins like zed akali and kata that just carry the entire thing with lock on insta kills, or full ap malphite, ya know, all the things that are currently broken as hell, wrapped up into a tiny map, yeaaaah it gets real un-fun real quick.
