Most Underrated and Overrated Champions (lolking.net stats)

I did a list like this a while ago but the meta has changed a lot since then so I decided to redo the list. How it works is I listed champions in order for win rate provided by lolking.net and the highest win rate, Kog'Maw was assigned a value of 130 while the lowest, Nunu was assigned a value of 1. I did the same for pick rate with the highest, Lucian being 1 and lowest, Urgot being 130. I then added the values together and here is the list. The second number is their value away from 131 which is the middle value as suggested by SilverSquid. Champions whose parenthesized value is a large amount above 0 are underrated and a large amount below 0 are overrated. Note that this does not account for ban rates so the values may be a little skewed because of that. Also note that the title says underrated and overrated, not underpowered and overpowered as some people thought last time I did this list.

I made lists for all champions together and each roll. Champions commonly seen in multiple rolls appear in all lists they are commonly played at.

This is just a side note. Riot really needs to fix their edit tool. Having 7 lines of text showing that can't be scrolled through makes editing posts like this a huge pain.
