New honor option for spectating?

I just thought, what if you could honor a player in the end game screen after spectating? Like an honor that says "Outstanding Performance".

Not really made to be worth anything, but it sure would make me feel fuzzy inside if someone was watching me and thought I did well.

The only problem I can think of would be the fact that the 2 minute (or however long) spectator delay might interfere, because someone could start another queue and be in a champ select and the honor notification wouldn't appear until after they finished their second game (if nobody dodged in the queue)

Thoughts?
