Knowing how common it is to use now it negates a huge pool of champions. Not only that but it also completely nullifies the use of will of the ancients.
don't know why it's there to basically counter an entire pool of champions and an item with no counterplay
Then what AP will i get if there is a Vlad, Mord, Akali, Mundo, Garen, Voli, Galio, Fiddle and literally anyone who has self heal...or uses spell vamp...or uses life steal. They actually need to add in a new AD item that has it so you can deal with your enemies' self heals when your team is mainly AD.
Hourglass is the counter to AD assassins, and any high burst Void Staff is the counter to anyone who builds MR Liandry's is the counter to anyone building health DFG was the counter to anyone that is still alive (RIP DFG)
Perhaps the healing reduction could be reduced (20/30% instead of 40%), but i do believe the item is needed in the league.
