Riot we need a way to see if a DC'd player is trying to come back.

Everybody DC's from time to time. Lag, pet/kid turned off router, laptop died, whatever. All i ask is that we can see if they are trying to reconnect or not so we know if they are trying to come back or if the rage quit. Not everybody plays with a group of 5 and can text/call/message them to see what the problem is when one of them DC's, why should we be left wondering if that guy is coming back or if we should surrender?
