Use honor chests as compensation for IP spent on runes.

Like if you totalled up all the IP you spent on runes, and then a certain amount of IP converts into a honor chest. like you've spent 90k IP on runes and 3K = 1 honor chest then you get 30 chests. I think it would be good compensation.
