how do you deal with a good vayne
i seriously cannot beat her i was sion and she just kited the shit out of me

If you are laning against Vayne 1v1 as Sion be patient and do what you can til you get your ult. Once you have your ult bait her deep into your half of the lane, wait for the jungler and ult when the gank comes.
Make sure your teammates are ready, and then ult her for an easy kill. I would not try to duel her bc she can dodge your Q easy.
If you're laning against her, be patient and get CS from afar. You shouldn't be able to beat her easily (she is the anti-tank ADC), so just farm up until you can become a huge tank late game. Then, focus her in teamfights. If she gets killed early, your team should win (unless they have a Vikor or Orianna or something).
