What I've noticed about Ahri players.

They're either really nice and fun to converse with. Or an extremely large asshole that spews more crap than an elephant with IBS. There is no in-between with these people.

I truly don't understand why "all chat" even exists in this game. I've noticed that almost 100% of people who use all chat frequently use it to berate or annoy the other team.

I don't think what you're saying is unique to Ahri players. From my experience there's only two types of people who use chat - neutral players who are just trying to use strategy, and toxic players. I rarely have lighthearted and interesting conversations with strangers. I consider it a win if people are focused on the game and neutral when I play, and to be frank I don't think it's important to 'make friends' with your teammates either. I have real friends for that.
