What I've noticed about Ahri players.

They're either really nice and fun to converse with. Or an extremely large asshole that spews more crap than an elephant with IBS. There is no in-between with these people.

i dunno

i personally dislike, distrust and even sometimes despise 'nice guys'. those who are openly rude or hysterical are better persons

i had such malph my last game (as ahri btw), he was very nice in lobby, i would have laughed at him and trolled too if i hadn't been too sleepy (my creep score was horrendous... omg i just checked my last two games yesterday), so i was silent, yawning and fighting with sleep, then he ganked my lane, got counterganked by xin, didn't get back, gave fb, i used all my spells (and he was lucky i had mana for it at lvl 5 laning vs xerath as ahri without blue), killed xin and made xerath flee very low, he began to spam with caps that he would go afk if his team wouldn't promise him to report me and then told shit to me for the whole game... while being nice to the others. we won btw. then he didn't understand why i said to him that i was reporting him...

that's a typical nice person in lol. another type it's those who 'ask nicely' 'me mid pls pls me mid pls pls pls' and then when you pick mid they troll because they were asking nicely and were ignored

I dunno man, I mean I just don't see the benefit of fighting fire with fire in terms of online arguments. It just turns into a flexing of the E-peens with shit like "Oh yeah I'm this rank you X rank noob" Or "lol u mad" And then it just becomes a spam fest of the 2 phrases until someone gets reported, leaves or feeds. I have a pretty thick skin and I don't really get mad at this game, but seeing it literally every game just makes this shit stagnant and stupid. Half the vitriol that comes out of peoples mouth on here would never be said face to face with other people, so why even say it at all when it benefits no one but the person's ego?

I dunno I guess I'm the minority that thinks just because someone is protected by the anonymity of the internet doesn't make it okay to go off on a tangent and be a complete disgrace to society.

I truly don't understand why "all chat" even exists in this game. I've noticed that almost 100% of people who use all chat frequently use it to berate or annoy the other team.

I don't think what you're saying is unique to Ahri players. From my experience there's only two types of people who use chat - neutral players who are just trying to use strategy, and toxic players. I rarely have lighthearted and interesting conversations with strangers. I consider it a win if people are focused on the game and neutral when I play, and to be frank I don't think it's important to 'make friends' with your teammates either. I have real friends for that.
