Is there any chance of getting a feature to filter out certain board areas or content? I know everyone gets a good haha (myself included) out of memes now and then and we all get a kick out of seeing someone get a good "Lyte Smyte", but I'd like to see real content on the front page now and then.

14 of the threads on the front page are memes Then we have the threads complaining about false reports/bans Then the threads about x/y/z champ or item is op/useless

By the time you try wading through that, there is little to no actual content left on the front page. Sorting by "best" just shows old threads that are mostly irrelevant today;, "hot" is just Reddit basically (hence all the memes), new could be any old thread from team recruitment to usually just more memes, and recent is usually again, just memes or people complaining about balance.

Please give us the option of filtering out certain areas. I would love to be able to ignore esports (never anything important there honestly), play behaviours (99% of the time is just complain threads), and memes. 2 of those three alone being gone would free up a lot of fluff mess I don't want to dig through.

Maybe you don't want to hear this from me, but I'm here to help;

Riot Sweet updated me earlier this year (literally her last post 7 months ago) that they were still working towards this.

However, something first mentioned 12 months ago and not here is obviously not a priority so don't hold your breath. Though there is a current solution, and it's called the Forum Enhancer Kit (FEK). It serves many functions, but one of them is hiding boards.

Since you like to accuse people of using smurfs to downvote you, please, get FEK and block me so I don't have to put up with you accusing me of it.

As Deep Terror Nami stated, Forum Enhancer Kit (FEK) is a wonderful tool that allows you to pick which boards to see on the front page, blacklist unsavory users, set custom avatars, and much more. It makes the boards far more enjoyable. And it only takes like 1 minute to set up. And in case you are worried, it is perfectly safe, and even some Reds use it.
