So now that Honor ribbons are getting a redesign can we make the system make any sense?

Like, at all? Riot?

I haven't seen an honor badge in a year because honor does next to nothing. I get honor on average 1 in 2 games from somebody or another....but I haven't has a badge since level 30 because I can't get it at the same rate as when everyone was new and honor got thrown around all the time.

It's just a matter of a completely bizarre and nonsensical equation that makes it up. So, how hard would it be to just...change it. Get a certain threshold, you have a ribbon. Reports make honor go down. Easy. Done.
