Please, stop coming out with new chroma packs and jungle icons (WTF, really?) and fix the abomination that is your match making and ranked systems.

Implying that the skins team and the team that makes icons is also the team that handles the system behind matchmaking. You're mad at the wrong people, though this is a huge issue with the ranked system that needs to be addressed. I know someone who had a diamond 3 player show up in a silver/gold ranked game and, even though my friend won that game, that really should never happen.

It uses invisible numbers and unknown algorithms to produce results according to design specifications we won't tell you.
