Please, stop coming out with new chroma packs and jungle icons (WTF, really?) and fix the abomination that is your match making and ranked systems.

Implying that the skins team and the team that makes icons is also the team that handles the system behind matchmaking. You're mad at the wrong people, though this is a huge issue with the ranked system that needs to be addressed. I know someone who had a diamond 3 player show up in a silver/gold ranked game and, even though my friend won that game, that really should never happen.

I know it is a different team but I am saying put all your resources into improving the match making and ranked systems before you go back to making fluff.

Skins make money, so at worst their creation has no impact on other departments. But in reality they pay for everything. So even if you think matchmaking is the most broken thing ever and needs attention you should still want them to make as many skins as possible.

Lol, I understand their business model and why they won't focus all their resources on this problem. However, the systems are an embarrassment and if I were their company I would change it ASAP because it gives their customers a poor experience which is always bad for business.
