China's "No-Ghost" protocol expanding?

What's going to happen when China expands it policy on what can be shown in media? Currently, "wronged spirits and violent ghosts , monsters , demons , and other inhuman portrayals" are banned from "audio visual content." Which currently only applies to movies, but is so broadly worded I don't think it matters.

If Riot so much as sneezes on any issue China currently has against anything, LoL will be banned from China, then what?
