where did this "report ..." thing start ?

In my opinion a report should be given if someone behaves unresponsible, say, he harasses people, intentional feeds, flames, or just is a unhealthy part of the game.

Since i started league 2-3 years ago it has been something i read in every damn game.

If i win a game the enemy team want to report the guy who is made responsible for their lose, even if they are all bad, and if im on the losing team everyone flames the one/the lane who fucked up most even if they could have helped them earlier to prevent them being completely behind and useless.

i don't think reporting everyone who loses his lane makes anything better, i dont think reports even work that way

Because people hate the fact that human mistakes are possible in league and they must be trolling for having a negative kda.

People don't want to accept the concept that one report is all that is needed to have the automated system analyze the game, so in order to vent their frustration and validate punishing the one person they ask others to report too (really all they want is people to agree with them).

On top of that, simply losing lane or playing badly isn't anywhere near a reason for a report, so it's wasted anyway.

the moment they got rid of tribunal as i heard from a buddy who started around there they odler players said to him that the tribunal allowed a redemption of sorts for false reports which made standing for your self safer then it is now. as my buddy explained it they took down tribunal there was about a month where he flat out quit becuase of how out of control the player base got while the auto ban was being made.

and he said something about how the system as bad as it is now was worse and it took a ton of blow back to get it where it is kind like the overwof issue im seeing atm because of it being a "3rd party program"...
