I'll never understand why Riot tests skins, OK's them for Live,

(Also, since Riot can't decide where they want my thread to be, but keeps deleting it anyway [while telling me where it should be, and then deleting it and giving me a warning] I have double posted it. So if one of you want to give me some clarification, that would be nice. Just because it's a new forum doesn't mean you get to be modhappy.)

and then keeps them as Unavailable for days or even weeks. I really don't get it. What's the point? Hype? That's the reason we have S@20. Or is it so Rioters can have a head start on skins? They can use them before us? Is that what's going on...? Because I really see no other reason for them to be locking the skins.

Remember the SKT skins? Didn't it take, like around a week for them to be available for purchase?

If you greenlight them to be included i nthe live game, why can't we buy them? I'd understand if we couldn't do it IMMEDIATELY, but why do we have to wait days? This isn't about entitlement, this isn't about wanting to spend money, it's sheer confusion on what the hell they're thinking. It's ready, so why not just let it out??? It reminds me of sex with my ex.
