So if I was a soul damned for eternity, inside the lantern of Thresh. Should I be more offended by his teammate Champ Quinn who is screwing around in front of me dancing or joking or should I (with other souls in there) be worried more about something else, like a bigger picture perhaps?

I don't think souls have the wherewithal to do things like worry. You don't even have the ability to perceive Quinn, right? You don't have eyes or ears, etc. Unless Thresh has hiveminded with all the souls or something.
