I don't think Riot looks at chat-logs anymore

More chat restrictions! Woot!

To tell the truth, I actually make an effort to get chat-restricted as much as possible because I tell my opponents to get run over while jaywalking too much (and the like). Chat restrictions keep me less of a bastard in-game.

But considering how short the chat restrictions are, I don't think Riot's actually paying attention to what's being said anymore. They're just leaving it up to an automated system and lying when they say "We still look at them". I do not believe them when they say such a thing because it'd be unfeasible, even with a large team, to promptly deal with all the violent chat.
