Not high elo, gold 5 but I have played 
a lot. My secret strat is to build full tank. It sounds stupid but it works. No expects you be tanky so they either try to kill you and don't or have to use more than they wanted to to kill you, which lets your team win. It also means more spell rotations and that you're more likely to survive long enough to get a really good ult, instead of relying on flash ults or good/bad position (for you or them). b/c their good items in general, frozen heart gives her all the stats she needs, and it still looks like I'm building support.
tl;dr Tank support
Edit: of course, this is all dependent on the situation. If you already have a lot of tank or just don't need more, its not the best idea
