1k upvotes should be a mandatory response from Riot.
1k is a very hard amount to get, and it's honestly enough that Riot should be able to respond to the thousand that upvote. Yet there are some threads that get 1k and are ignored by Riot. Wtf.

Most of the posts with 1k+ upvotes are calls for more refunds. This is obviously outside of the control of the reds posting on the boards, and is handled by the business end of Rito. So what is a Red supposed to say? All they could do is pop in and say no, which would result in people ganging up on them and downvoting them into oblivion.
