Question about Phantom Dancer's passive:
The description states that the last champion 'hit' does 12% decreased damage to you. Does that damage reduction activate on enemy champions 'hit' by your spells, or just by your auto attacks?

Not 100% sure, but think it's a debuff on the last champion you dealt damage to, switching on dealing damage to another champ. So non-damage dealing spells won't proc it (like cait traps,) but damage dealing ones would (like ashe volly). Though that's just guesswork...sorry. This probably gets confusing af for something like twitch ulti+his passive..lol
