Is Riot incapable of moving threads?

Any other board I have ever been on, especially one where people are commonly confused about what goes where, pop into your post and say "This thread was in the wrong section so we moved it to x". Riot is like "lolnope your 135 upvote thread is le gone, have fun remaking it and recapturing the public eye in the correct section awkwardly!"

Seems like such a minor thing. If we can be sent an automated message telling us where it should be, just move it there automatically or give us three buttons in the message "Move Thread" "Delete Thread" "Dispute" (For those times they tell you to move a joke out of memes and games and into gameplay)
