Riot Pls: Dev priorities and the League client

A shining example of Riot filling the role that we've wanted them to fill. Cactopus and other Rioters stuck around to exchange playful banter and honest insight in equal measure. I'm glad that Riot has seemed to learn the lesson of transparency, and I hope that they continue to listen to their passionate fanbase.
