Considering that Talon and Kat are brother and sister, this is borderline incest.

It's always been Garen x Katarina for me because of the flirting going on with their in-game interactions, the cutscene they're featured in, their rivalry and when they were featured during Valentines day back in 2013 on the front page as a couple.

And, If they happened to have a daughter... Her name would totally be 'Karen' and could finally bring peace between Demacia and Noxus.

I don't think so. Just because someone takes you in doesn't mean you can't develop a romantic relationship with them.

It's a grey area honestly, that's why I said borderline.

He was taken in so he's technically not her blood sibling, but they did give him the Du Counteau last name as an adoption. So in terms of legality, they are brother and sister in terms of law by that point.

It would be a similar situation where your mother is remarrying to a man that becomes your stepfather, and he happens to have a daughter... That you fall in love with.

That is definitely a Jerry Springer show waiting to happen.
