any benefit from double locket
does it stack at all? is it good to get two ? if so what situation? when is it good to get locket in the first place? please tell me :(

The aura doesn't stack if you yourself have two, though the other stats it gives will (the active will also go on cooldown for both if you use one as well).
The aura will, however, stack twice between two people that have the Locket (one from yourself, and one from the other person), however anyone else without the Locket will only get one stack of the Aura.
Grab locket when you're up against a fairly large amount of AoE magic damage. The passive Aura gives Magic resistance, so it will be good to mitigate it some, and the active can block most of the burst from heavy instant AoE magic damage.

The aura stacks with the two locket holders. The second shield will be weaker if you use it too quickly. It's not bad, but you may want something like a banner of command instead if you want two aegis auras.
