my wifi password wont work

if anyone here knows enough about computers can you help me. I know my Wi-Fi password, but it wont work. I put in my IP in the URL on my home computer and put in my user and password and when I checked if any of my devices are connected to the router it says my laptop and my ipad are not connected to the Wi-Fi. so when I put in my Wi-Fi password in to my laptop it wont work even though I know the right password. is there a way to fix this?

lol. do you have router control? maybe someone is messing with you and blocked your ip! or changed the network so only allowed devices can get on! are you sure about the password? have you crosschecked if other devices work? you say two devices dont work. that points to you having the wrong pswd!

nope I know I have the right password for a fact because the password for the Wi-Fi is on the bottom of my router.
