When I run the League_ScreenSaver.exe, a popup came saying that "Windows SmartScreen prevented an unrecognized app from starting. Running this app may put your PC at risk." Will something happen and should I run it?

The Small Dog1 votesI just saw the post, I'm really not sure. My AVG found it a threat. I think Riot may have just made it look harmful so windows is just trying to protect you.
